Common questions
Are any features limited on the lower plans?
No. Every plan includes the entire EstateTend platform — branding, statements, your own subdomain, all of it. Plans differ only by the number of active properties.
What counts toward my property limit?
Active properties you manage. Archived properties don’t count — and you can upgrade in one click when you add the property that needs a higher tier.
Do my owners pay anything?
Never. Owners get free, invite-only access to their dashboards. EstateTend only bills you, the manager.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your plan, payment method, and cancellation anytime from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
How does the free trial work?
Every new manager gets 7 days at no charge. While we are onboarding companies by hand, we set the trial up with you — so there is no charge until you have a working workspace and have told us to start.
Are there setup fees or per-owner charges?
No. The plan price is the whole price. Invite as many owners and co-owners as your properties need — they are always free.
