Common questions
Are any features limited at a smaller portfolio?
No. Every manager gets the entire EstateTend platform — branding, statements, your own subdomain, all of it — from the first property. The only thing that changes your price is how many active properties you manage.
What counts as a billable property?
Active properties only. Archiving a property stops it billing from your next invoice, and you can restore it any time. There is no cap — add as many as you like, and your bill follows.
Do my owners pay anything?
Never. Owners get free, invite-only access to their dashboards. EstateTend only bills you, the manager.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription, payment method, and cancellation anytime from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
How does the free trial work?
Every new manager gets 7 days at no charge. While we are onboarding companies by hand, we set the trial up with you — so there is no charge until you have a working workspace and have told us to start.
Are there setup fees or per-owner charges?
No. The plan price is the whole price. Invite as many owners and co-owners as your properties need — they are always free.
