For home owners
Your home, three time zones away, and you can still see it.
If your property manager uses EstateTend, you get your own dashboard — free, for as long as they manage your home. This page explains what is in it.
Owners are never charged. EstateTend bills only the manager.
What you get
Six things you stop having to ask about.
Every visit, with photos
When your manager visits, you get the record: what was checked, what they found, and timestamped photos. Not a text saying "all good" — the actual evidence.
One thread, not four
Messages with your manager live on a single thread for your property. No hunting through email, SMS, and voicemail to find what was agreed.
Requests you can follow
Ask for something. See it proposed, approved, scheduled, and completed. You always know which of those five stages it is in.
What is coming up
Scheduled visits, service due dates, and your own stays on one calendar — so you know the house is ready before you arrive.
Monthly statements
A clear PDF summary of the month from your manager, in your dashboard, without having to request it.
The house, documented
Appliances, warranties, vendors, access details, and documents — all in one place, and still there in five years when the water heater fails.
Your thread
One conversation per property.
Everything you and your manager have agreed about the house, in one place — instead of split across email, texts and voicemail.
On your phone too
The same thing, in your pocket.
The EstateTend iPhone app signs you in with the same email and password as the web dashboard. Push notifications tell you when your manager replies or a request moves forward — you do not have to go looking.

Common questions
Owner questions
Do I pay anything?
No. EstateTend bills property managers only. Your access is included in the service you already buy from your manager, and it stays free for as long as they manage your home.
How do I get an account?
Your manager invites you by email. Accounts are invite-only — you cannot sign up here, and neither can anyone else on your behalf.
Who can see my property?
Your management company and the owners they have assigned to that specific property. Other managers using EstateTend cannot see your data, and neither can other owners. See our privacy policy for the detail.
My manager does not use EstateTend. Can I get them on it?
Please do send them our way — hello@estatetend.com. EstateTend is sold to management companies, not to individual homeowners, so it has to start with them.
I have an account and something is wrong.
Start with your property manager — they control your account, your properties, and the data in them. If it is the software itself misbehaving, our support page is the place to go.
