What it does
Not a cut-down viewer. The parts of the job you do standing up.
The web dashboard is still where you set up properties, build checklists, and produce statements. The app is for everything else — the parts that happen away from a desk.
Messages, with push
The full message thread for each property, and a push notification the moment the other side replies. Read state syncs with the web dashboard, so a message you read on your phone is not still bold on your laptop.
Service requests
Owners raise them, managers propose and schedule them, and both sides watch the status move. Everything you can do on the web request screen, you can do here.
Visit photo capture
Photograph the property while you are standing in it. Photos upload straight to that visit’s record in a private bucket, timestamped, without a camera-roll round trip.
The calendar
Visits, service due dates, and owner stays in an agenda or month view — the same calendar as the web app, sized for a phone.
Face ID app lock
Optional. Require Face ID or your passcode to reopen the app, so a property portfolio is not sitting unlocked in a coat pocket.
Both sides of the account
One app for managers and owners. It signs in with the same credentials as the web dashboard and shows each person their own view.

About the app
Does it cost extra?
No. The app is free and included with every EstateTend account on every plan. There are no in-app purchases.
Can I sign up in the app?
No — the app signs you in to an account that already exists. Managers create their account on the web; owners are invited by their manager.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. The web dashboard works well in a mobile browser in the meantime, and Android is on the roadmap. If it matters to your business, tell us — that is how it gets prioritized.
What does the app collect?
Only what it needs to do the job: your account details, the property records you already work with, the photos you choose to take, and a push token so notifications reach the right phone. No analytics SDK, no advertising, no tracking, no location services. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
